ELIZABETH PULAWSKI, M.D.
Dr. Pulawski received her degree in medicine at the Medical University in Gdansk, Poland, graduating in 1976. Specializing in anesthesiology, she became board certified in 1980 and practiced at the State Hospital of Gdansk.
In 1981, Dr. Pulawski relocated to the United States, earning her nostrification diploma for foreign medical graduates the following year. After completing her residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Chicago, she became board certified in family medicine. Over the next 27 years, Dr. Pulawski developed her family practice clinic in North Chicago. Centering on geriatric patients, Dr. Pulawski's nurturing spirit led her to support their needs by adding house calls to her already vigorous schedule of clinic and hospital visits.
Dynamic in her desire to serve and with too much energy to retire, Elizabeth moved to Florida in 2018 and has joined our team as Alternative Therapy's medical doctor.
Trained traditionally as an allopathic physician, Elizabeth believes in and promotes natural treatment and prevention of many ailments. Dr. Pulawski may augment traditional modalities with other, alternative therapies. Dr. Pulawski believes spending time with each patient is not "old fashion doctoring" but the only way to bring patients to their best possible health and wellbeing.
Elizabeth is the mother of two grown daughters. She enjoys a variety of physical activities, reading and watching historical movies. An avid traveler, Elizabeth's wanderlust finds her experiencing new places and blending with the local cultures.
